OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

• No purchase necessary. To enter, you must submit your name, address, phone number and a valid email address. Contest is only open to residents of the United States. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to enter.

• One (1) winner will be chosen and will be randomly selected by a representative of Live From Daryl’s House. All entries must be received by us no later than 6:00PM (EDT) Friday, May 20, 2011.

• The winner will be notified by us via email within forty-eight 48 hours of the close of the contest.

• The winner has twenty-four (24) hours from the close of the contest to reply to their notification email and claim their prize. The unclaimed prize will be forfeited or another winner may be chosen, at our discretion.

•Prizes: The selected winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Daryl Hall & Todd Rundgren concert performance at the Borgata Music Box in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Friday, May 27, 2011, and reasonable hotel accommodations for one (1) night at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City on the night of the show. The winner shall be solely responsible for their own transportation to and from the concert as well as all hotel incidentals. All ticket and hotel arrangements are at the discretion of Live From Daryl’s House.

• Neither Daryl Hall, Live From Daryl’s House, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents shall be responsible for lost, misdirected, or late entries; or for lost, misdirected, or late confirmation replies.

• This contest is not open to employees or immediate family members of Live From Daryl’s House, the Borgata Music Box, or the Borgata Hotel, their respective affiliates, or advertising/promotion agencies and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents.

• This offer is void wherever prohibited or restricted by national, state, local or any governmental laws.

• Winner shall be solely responsible for all state, local and federal taxes, if any.
