Episode 55:
Jason Mraz

I have watched all your shows and im a big fan. I just wanted to say that the song I wont give up is by far my favorite. Daryl adds so much to the song. I wish I had that song sung by Jason and Daryl on my Ipod.

I absolutely love Jason and have all his cds and have seen his concerts - he was great with Daryl. They complimented each other. I just watched Butch Walker on my dvr and they kinda sounded like each other.

I've watched every episode of LFDH, but there is something very unique about this particular collaboration.

Jason Mraz
The Virginia-born singer-songwriter made his mark on the San Diego coffee house scene in 2000. Love is a Four Letter Word is his fourth studio album, and this month he will embark on his “Tour is a Four Letter Word” world concert jaunt with a series of shows in South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. The U.S. portion kicks off August 9 at New Orleans’ Lakefront Arena, with stop at Denver’s Red Rocks (Sept. 24) and L.A.’s Hollywood Bowl (Oct. 5). Mraz’s recent TV appearances include Late Show with David Letterman, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Chelsea Lately, VH1’s Storytellers and NBC’s The Today Show.

Said Daryl: “Jason has a high, clear voice and contributes great harmonies. I really enjoyed singing the verses of his songs, too. It was a lot of fun.”
